Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB)
Are you a residential landlord who is dealing with an unreasonable tenant, or a residential tenant who is dealing with an unreasonable landlord? Has your tenant or your landlord commenced proceedings against you before the LTB? Is your tenant refusing to pay rent in full, or persistently paying rent long after the due date? Is your landlord verbally or physically abusing you or someone living in the same rental unit as you? M JING's rate for handling residential landlord and tenant matters is $75 per hour, including HST. Please note that fees for disbursements (such as filing fees, mailing fees, photocopying fees, etc.) are charged SEPARATELY from the hourly rate indicated above. Notary and Commissioning Services
Do you need a document to be verified as a true copy of the original? Do you need someone to commission or sign your affidavit (i.e., sworn statement) or to witness your taking an oath? Look no further! Contact M JING today to have your document, affidavit, or oath notarized for a low price!
M JING's rate for notarizing documents, affidavits, and oaths is $28, including HST for the first signature and seal/stamp, and $12, including HST for each subsequent signature and seal/stamp. The rate in the previous sentence applies for EACH visit. Please note that if you would like multiple copies of the SAME document notarized or commissioned, then the applicable fee will be charged for EACH copy that is notarized or commissioned. Please also note that if any document that you would like notarized or commissioned consists of MORE THAN FOUR (4) PAGES, then the applicable fee will be charged for EVERY ONE (1) TO FOUR (4) PAGES.
Initial Consultation
For each client, M JING offers 30-minute free initial consultations in any one area of law. FOR EXAMPLE, if you had previously consulted, or were previously represented by, M JING regarding a traffic ticket (which falls under the area of provincial offences), then you would need to pay M JING a fee at an hourly rate to have a first consultation with M JING on another provincial offences matter; however, you would NOT need to pay M JING any fee to have a first consultation with M JING on a residential tenancy matter if you had never previously consulted, or have never been represented by, M JING regarding any residential tenancy matter.
